Pharma Tech strip packing machine is suitable for packing tablets and capsules in its own hermetically sealed pockets. This offers better protection to packaged products and improves its self life. Strip packing machine is a double web laminated foil packing machine. Alu-Poly and Glassine-Poly foils [0.3 or 0.4 mm thick] are commonly used for packing of pharmaceuticals. Other laminated foils can also be used to pack different products. The Sealing roller are made from toughened alloy steel so that knurling remain sharp for longer period which ensures air tight sealing. The rollers can be supplied with different types and sizes of knurling and cavities to suit particular products. The rollers are interchangeable easily. Automatic Product feeding system consists of Bulk hopper for product storage, feeder box/feed bowl and feed channel.
