MASTER PLAST SPL-19 is a high performance superplasticiser based on Sulfonated NaphthaleneFormaldehyde polymer design to allow considerable reduction of mixing water. It has a powerfuldispersing and deflocculating effect on the particles of cement. It increases the workability of concrete with an added advantage of high early and long term strength.
