Swaged Street Light Pole

Swaged Poles include Light Poles in single hang & double hang, Street Light Poles and Traffic Light Poles etc. We design and manufacture swaged poles and specialty steel structures. These include all standard types of highway and street lighting poles as well as the standard types of traffic signal poles.They are constructed of concrete, steel cable, and steel tie wire. The cables are stretched the length of the pole. The tie wire is wrapped around the cable, then concrete is poured into the mold. The cables are stretched and tightened to add strength.Swaging can be used as a supplement to soldering a wire into place, like in a circuit board. The straightened wire needs to be reshaped to fit into place. This reshaping is known as swaging. In fact, swaging is most commonly used to attach fittings to cables, pipes, or other similar components.
