In sugar syrup manufacturing plant, Centrifugal pumps are used for transferring Pre-mix or final mix to down stream stage. Mainly these pumps have extensive application for Syrup transfer, CIP water spray, Purified Water looping etc.Syrups are concentrated aqueous preparations of a sugar or sugar substitute with or without flavoring agents and medicinal substances. Syrups containing flavoring agents but not medicinal substances are called non medicated or flavored vehicles (syrups). Principle: Syrups are sweetened, viscous, concentrated solutions of sucrose or, other sugars in water or any other suitable aqueous vehicles. These are further classified into 2 classes. Simple flavor syrups: Do not contain any medicament or drug.
