Tea Withering Machinery

The purpose of a controlled wither is to prepare the leaves for further processing by reducing their moisture content. This allows for the development of aroma and flavor compounds in the leaves. Controlling the withering process means closely monitoring humidity, temperature and air-flow over time.The machine is a high-grade black tea processing machinery. When the machine is working , the tea leaves on the stainless steel belt of the machine would be evenly spread cool. It makes most of the low-temperature hot air to make the fresh tea leaves loose the water and achieve the purpose of withering.
