BE-TT-101 RTD Temperature Transmitter

A temperature transmitter converts a temperature sensor's signal (from a thermocouple or RTD, for example) into a standardized output signal, typically 4-20mA or 0-10V, that can be easily used by control systems. Key specifications include input type (thermocouple, RTD, etc.), output signal (4-20mA, etc.), operating temperature range, accuracy, response time, and power supply requirements. Commonly Pt100, Pt1000, with different temperature ranges and accuracies. This specifies the ambient temperature range within which the transmitter will operate accurately and reliably. Ranges can vary significantly, from -40°C to +85°C or even wider for specialized applications.
