PERFECT Tensile testing machine is used to check the tensile strength & deformation behaviour of test sample i.e. plastic, rubber, paper, wire, poly-films, yarn etc. It is an electromechanical system which pulls sample. Relative Standard: ASTM D412, ASTM D638, IS 1828. Technical Specifications- Maximum capacity: 250/500Kgf (other on request up to 5000Kgf). Readability: 0.1Kg. LED display. Accuracy: ±0.05%. Peak hold locking. Units available in Kg & N. Maximum traverse between grip to grip: 900mm (other on request). Sample test grips inclusive as per test specimen. AC drive for variable test speed. Power supply: 220 Volts AC, Single phase 50Hz. Computerised interface will allow user to see the breaking point value, graph between load v/s elongation, maximum & minimum load value etc. Company name, batch no., date & time, test no., operator name will be indicated in the report generated through computerised system. Email/Print test reports generated through dedicated software and all test reports saved automatically in the system memory. Instrument can be operated completely through the dedicated software.
