Bull Floaters

There are two types of float in project management, free float (FF) and total float (TF). Free float is the amount of time that a task can be delayed without impacting the subsequent task. Total float is the amount of time a task or a project can be delayed without impacting the overall project completion time.A bull float is large and flat to aid in spreading new concrete until it is smooth and level. A bull float is often used after the surface has undergone screeding. Screeding is yet another method of leveling and smoothing concrete. Bull floating comes after, reaching places screeding did not and perfecting the job.
