The temperature indicators are made available in 120 Different temperature ratings systematically spaced between 40 to 1400 Degree as per the customer needs. The crayon length would be 125mm and will be supplied in proper castings with adjustable cap for holding of the chalk.Usage: Simple to use, mark on the surface or sheet with the required crayon. Once the surface reaches the rated temperature of the crayon, the mark would melt and show liquid smear appearance. The colour of the crayon is only an indication and will not have any rold while marking or on its performace. Push Thermopen slightly out of the holder and retighten with cap. Peel protective aluminium foil to expose Thermopen. Mark the Thermopen on the surface where the temperature is to be measured. If the chalk mark turns into a liquid smear then the surface has attained the rated Thermopen temperature. If the chalk mark remains unchanged, then the surface temperature is lower than that rated for the Thermopen.
