Thermal Lamination Machine

Thermal lamination, as the term suggests, is a process that uses heat to fuse a layer of protective film onto a paper or plastic substrate.A heated roll laminator uses heated rollers to melt glue extruded onto lamination film. This film is in turn applied to a substrate such as paper or card using pressure rollers. The primary purpose of laminating with such a machine is to embellish or protect printed documents or images.Applications of BOPP thermal laminating films include diaries, cosmetics, leaflets, brochures, textbook covers, leaflets, shopping bags and so on. Though it's a popular thermal film, it comes with a high price. It is generally used for two-sided printing.
