ARICO APA Series Fully Automatic computer controlled Proximate Analyzer (TGA) is based on Thermogravimetry principle for measuring Air - Dry basis Moisture, Ash, Volatile Matter, Fixed Carbon, LOI & Calorific Value(optional) in Coal, Coke (RPC) Biomass sample & other organic, inorganic & synthetic material. Each furnace in the instrument is integrated with a high precision electronic balance protected from any environmental & other internal component interference. Using Thermogravimetry principle, the system quickly, automatically and continuously tests 19 samples in every experiment.Feature The Automatic Proximate Analyzer Equipment is specifically designed for proximate analyzer for coal, enabling fully automated measurement of air-dry moisture, ash, and volatile matter in coal samples. With its modern design, the system can handle up to 19 samples in a single batch. For higher capacity, multiple furnaces can be linked so you can analyze 38 or more samples, all controlled via a single computer. It supports both oxidizing and inert atmospheres, in line with ASTM standards, and has the flexibility to introduce sweep or reactive gases and vent off drying, devolatilization, or combustion products. The instrument's balance pedestal, crucibles, and lids are crafted from ceramic material that meets ASTM requirements. These parts resist high temperatures and varied furnace environments without warping. The furnace offers precise temperature control up to 1,000 °C, and its cover is mounted on two shafts to provide stable, reliable support. There are two thermocouples: one for safety (over-temperature protection) and the other to continuously monitor the temperature near the sample crucible. The powerful, user-friendly software can store at least seven different programs for determining moisture, volatile matter, and ash — you can set custom temperature profiles for different types of coal. The software ensures easy, accurate, and consistent tga analysis, with real-time data acquisition. A robust dust-suction and exhaust system efficiently extracts gases generated during testing, keeping the lab clean and safe. The high-precision temperature controller guarantees a controlled, swift, and precise rise in temperature. Based on the proximate analysis data, the system also automatically calculates the calorific value, fixed carbon, and hydrogen content of the sample. The instrument includes a built-in high-precision electronic scale, ensuring exact weighing of each coal sample. Advanced software supports automatic data collection, tabulation, and printing of all test results, making record-keeping seamless.
