Description
The ADVANCE APA Series is a fully automatic, computer-controlled TGA instrument from ARICO India, based in Delhi. It works on the principle of thermogravimetry to perform precise tga analysis on coal, coke (RPC), biomass, and a variety of organic, inorganic, and synthetic materials. Using this TGA instrument, you can measure: air-dry moisture ash volatile matter fixed carbon loss on ignition (LOI) (optionally) calorific value Each furnace in the system is fitted with a highly accurate electronic balance, which is shielded from external disturbances to ensure reliable readings. Thanks to its automated design, the instrument can process up to 19 samples continuously in a single run. Some key performance details: Air-dry moisture and ash measurements take about 120–150 minutes per batch. Volatile matter can be determined in roughly 7 minutes per sample. After gathering these data, the system automatically computes the calorific value, fixed carbon, and even hydrogen content.
