CICO DAMPCOAT – Waterproofing / Moisture Protection Coating What it is: CICO DAMPCOAT is a two-part, water-based epoxy sealer membrane used as a damp-proof and waterproof coating on concrete and other porous building materials. Key features: Applied as a liquid coating that cures into a waterproof membrane. Withstands hydrostatic pressure (water pressure through surfaces) — useful under slabs or on basement walls. Can be applied on damp surfaces, which is helpful for existing structures with moisture issues. Non-flammable, odorless, low toxicity — safe for interior/exterior use. Paintable/tintable after curing if needed.
