Toffee, a brittle confection of English origin, is a highly cooked mixture of syrup and butter to which nutmeats, flavourings, and colourings are commonly added during cooling. The manufacture of caramel and toffee resembles hard candy making except that milk and fat are added.Caramel & Nougat Cutter is a specialized confectionary tool for portioning cooked caramel and candies into bite-size pieces.
