What is a torque wrench ? A torque wrench is a tool used to control and apply a specific torque to a fastener such as a bolt or a nut. It is a fundamental element in general mechanics, tire changing operations and industrial maintenance & repair industries, to ensure customers' safety.A torque wrench typically has two parts: a handle and a drive. The drive is the part of the torque wrench that engages with the fastener, and it's what applies the torque. The handle is used to apply force to the drive, which in turn applies torque to the fastener.
