Guideway System for Heavy Duty Applications The guideway system for heavy duty applications is based on standardized roller supports with three integrated roller bearings, guideways with and without racks, drive units and tubular steel profiles with guideways. the system is especially suited for high axial and radial loads, high moment ratings, high rigidity and quiet operation. Guideway System for Medium Duty Applications The guideway system for medium duty applications is based on standardized guideway rollers and vee bars. The system is especially suitable for applications requiring high velocities, low friction, exact positioning and quiet operation. Guide Rollers Guide rollers are self-retained building units, with one or two rows, with outer rings with a very thick wall. In addition to high radial forces, these guide rollers absorb axial forces in both directions. Eccentric mounting flanges SPE together with centric rollers FR/LR..Z allow the same adjustment as eccentric rollers FR/LR. This combination allows adjustment of the rack and pinion backlash, and roller pre-load, from the opposite side of the roller assembly for applications where the standard adjustment features are inaccessible.
