SS Tray Dryer

A tray dryer is an industrial drying machine that removes moisture from materials (powders, granules, pastes) by placing them on stacked trays inside an insulated chamber, where hot air is circulated by fans to evaporate the liquid, making it ideal for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food products needing controlled, uniform drying in batch quantities. A clothes dryer works by combining heat, tumbling, and airflow to evaporate water from laundry: a motor rotates a drum to tumble clothes, a fan circulates air, a heating element (electric or gas) warms the air, and this hot, dry air absorbs moisture from the clothes, which is then vented out (or condensed in ventless models) as the drum spins, making clothes dry and fluffy. Before operating the tray dryer, ensure that it is clean.Ensure that main switch is OFF.Load the material/ accessories to be dried in the tray. Close the door of the tray dryer.Switch on the mains.
