Especially designed for the pharmaceutical/cosmetic/toothpaste/food industries and manufactured from stainless steel 304 contact parts, this machine perfectly fits into the plastic and laminated tubes range of (10-25 mm) diameter and accurately fills 20-200 ml volume with a high-quality ultrasonic seal. This machine also has been specifically build for a single-phase power supply and is currently available from our stock!! The machine requires very little operator intervention as the design allows for easy operation and minimal maintenance requirements. The ultrasonic sealing system provides your product with an ultra hygienic, strong seal with very little product waste, thus making this a compact, dependable machine able to deliver a consistent and steady output of 40 tubes per minute, and therefore suitable for all sizes of small to medium production runs.
