Oil Cooler Test Rig

Oil Cooler Test Rig is used for checking the performance of the oil pumps used on the truck engines for the circulation of engine oil. These are blocks attached to the engine block and are loaded on a locator which is held with studs. The requirement has two stations will locator for the pumps. It helps to load a new pump on the other station while test on other station is going on. It is fast so that it can be ready for test once the test at the other station gets over so that productivity is enhanced. The operation is controlled by a plc.
