FRP Underground Water Storage Tanks

FRP, or Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic, is a composite material made of glass fibers and epoxy resin. The material is used in the construction of boats and tanks alike."Underground storage tank" or "UST" means any one or combination of tanks including connected underground pipes that is used to contain regulated substances, and the volume of which including the volume of underground pipes is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground.FRP tanks are rust and corrosion resistant, therefore no need for painting or reclading. Resistant to heat, stress, conductivity, harsh weather conditions etc. Slip resistant compared to metal, best used for industrial purposes. FRP tanks have least flammability issues when it comes to welding.
