Under Slung Crane

The Under Slung Crane fits places where the ceiling is low - a single beam runs beneath the runway - a small motorized trolley rolls along it, moving the hook smoothly and stopping exactly where needed. All parts sit close to the roof - the hook rises almost to the top of the opening plus no space is lost. Gears and brakes are sealed but also use long life grease - daily work is interrupted only for quick checks. If the load exceeds the rated weight, the overload limiter blocks the hoist. Limit switches cut power when the hook reaches the highest or lowest allowed point and a red mushroom button gives an instant stop. Those measures let one person handle steel plates, castings or machine parts without danger. Maintenance bays as well as small warehouses gain an extra work layer under the roof without enlarging the building. The frame is welded from rolled sections and shot blasted before painting - axles or bearings are sized for at least ten years of regular use. Every unit is proof tested at the factory to ensure the specified capacity and to confirm that all safety circuits react on the first signal.
