Used Batching Plant Drum Mixture

A batching plant, also known as a concrete plant or batch plant, combines various ingredients to form concrete. Some of the materials used can include water, rocks, gravel, sand, lime, fly ash, potash and cement.However, the heart of the batching plant is the mixer. The mixer comes in a variety of types like pan, planetary, tilt drum, single shaft and twin shaft, and planetary mixers. The pan or planetary mixer is commonly used in a precast plant. The tilt mixer is used for when a large batch of concrete mix is required.
