V Blender

The V Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The �V� Blender gives the best result for powders due to suitable medium speed and �V� shape of the container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In V Blender the powders come from all sides due to the �V� shape of the product container, hence require the meant of RPM is medium. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the �V� shape of containing the er, have only medium movement and will result in good the quality of blending/lubrication of granules. Features: Suitable for dry mixing of products in powder form. Easy for loading and unloading. Easy for cleaning. All contact parts are made out of SS304 / SS316 or SS316 L quality material, as per customer requirement. Simple design requires minimum maintenance. General structure & safety guards made out of mild steel & painted in Standard Model and made out of SS304 & polished to the matt finish in GMP Model. The "V" shape gives sufficient continuous movement to the granules, result in good quality. Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit. Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching.
