V-Blenders are ideal for highly accurate and repeatable mixing of powders, granules, and other free-flowing solids. These can be designed to handle extremely high bulk densities and intimately blend very minor ingredients. Materials are constantly being intermixed as the V rotates. One main advantage to tumble blending is that it is very low-impact and able to mix friable materials without compromising integrity. Another advantage is the vessel geometry which allows for complete discharge while also being easy to access and clean.
