Vacuum Filling Machine

A vacuum filler is a machine used for filling pasty products. The pasty products are moved with the aid of a vane cell feed system under a vacuum.The vacuum filling system is equipped with a vacuum pneumatic pump which creates a depression inside the container. Filling can be carried out only after the depression phase.Filling machine is to fill the product into bag, pouch or container such as bin or bottle. Most of the merchandise are measured in prescribed quantity, then packed in a bag or container after the production process, then sold in the market.Fillers (or filling machines) are used for packaging, mainly for food/beverage but for other products as well. These are used to fill either a bottle or a pouch, depending on the product. There are several types of fillers used by the packaging industry.
