Description
Heavy Duty Horizontal Nozzle Type Chamber Less Vacuum Packing Machine is designed for high‑throughput vacuum and MAP packing of solid and semi‑solid products without a chamber. In a horizontal orientation, the Nozzle Type Chamber Less Vacuum Packing Machine processes solid and semi solid items in large quantities using vacuum & MAP methods. It is constructed from SS 304 stainless steel plus functions without a chamber. By using PLC controls, Schneider switchgear or RR cabling, the NVH-600 completes packing cycles every 20 - 40 seconds. On this machine the sealing length is 600 mm and the seal width is 10 mm. For its operation, it requires a single phase 230 V power supply at 1.5 kW. As part of the internal system, a 16 m³/hr pump next to Janatics pneumatic components at 5 - 6 kg of air pressure drive the mechanism. To allow for different MAP processes, the machine includes 1 - 3 vacuum but also gas nozzles. There is a frame that measures 800 × 900 × 1300 mm, which makes the unit stable for industrial use. With an adaptable working table and a horizontal nozzle, the machine handles trays, pouches as well as bulk items. Because it lacks a chamber, operators do not need to pause for chamber changeovers. Due to the PLC control and the metal frame, the machine prevents leaks or lowers the amount of work that needs correction. It is possible to maintain the shelf life of products because the vacuum and gas dosing are consistent. If the goal is continuous production, this machine increases the time the assembly line is active. And it makes maintenance simple while ensuring that the seals are secure for difficult packaging tasks.
