Description
Heavy Duty Vacuum Packing Machine Explosion Proof provides safe, accurate vacuum and gas-flush packaging for hazardous environments. In hazardous environments, this heavy duty machine is used to pack products with a vacuum or gas flush process. It is designed to prevent explosions during operation. To control the system, an operator uses a programmable logic controller and a human machine interface. There are 22 settings that a user can program into the machine. For its performance, the pump is capable of moving between 16 and 65 cubic meters of air every hour. By design each work cycle lasts between 15 and 40 seconds. When the machine is active, it creates seals that do not fail. Because of this process, products stay fresh for a longer period of time. With those functions, the vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging results are the same every time. And because of the features, industrial tasks are completed without wasting time or resources.
