Stator Trickle Varnish Plant

The stator trickle varnish plant consists of the following stages.Stage Name Description1 Loading/Unloading The new component is loaded and varnished component is unloaded.2 Pre-heating The stator is pre-heated for 120 Degree for 15 minutes.3 Trickling The varnish is applied on to the stator in this stage using a peristaltic pump.4 Baking The stator temperature is raised to 150 Degree and also the temperature is maintained.5 Curing The stator temperature is maintained at 150 Degree.6 Cooling The stator temperature is reduced from 150 to near ambient by blowing ambient air onto the component.
