Spiral vegetable slicers (also known as spiralizers) are kitchen appliances used for cutting vegetables, such as zucchinis (to make zoodles), potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, parsnips, and beetroots, into linguine-like strands which can be used as an alternative to pasta.The vegetable cutting machine is a multi-function cutter to slice , chop, dice or julienne vegetables and green leafy vegetables. . It has conveyor belt feed and hopper feed system at opposite ends which can be used simultaneously .Basic components are: 1) Body (Bakelite Plastic) 2) Cutter Blade (Stainless Steel) 3) Pulley 4) Crankshaft Mechanism 5) D.C. Motor 6) Conveyor Belt These components are designed in AutoCAD 2007; Designed components are represented in the following Figure 1 .
