Jwala Food Fruit Washer, Automation Grade: Automatic, for Industrial

Fruit Washer is suitable for various fruits like mango, guava, apple and vegetables like tomato, carrot, cucumber, beetroot, peas etc. The product is dumped into the washer tank where an air blower attached to the unit will agitate it and subsequently washed by strong water spray. The product is pushed forward due to water pressure and it reaches the takeoff conveyor. On the takeoff conveyor another spray of fresh water will be provided. The takeoff conveyor will feed the product into the inspection conveyor.The unit consists of the following:1. Body frame made of SS square pipes2. Body of the unit will be made of SS sheets3. False bottom in the tank made of perforated SS sheets4. Modular plastic belt with cleats for the takeoff conveyor5. Carryway and other support structure for modular belt6. Blower with SS pipeline for providing agitation in water7. Pump with SS pipeline for recirculation of water8. Fresh water spray arrangement during elevating the product to blancher fitted with nozzles9. Suitable drive arrangement for the conveyor consisting of geared motor, drive and driven shafts etc.10.
