AAC Autoclave

Autoclaved aerated concrete is a lightweight, precast, foam concrete building material suitable for producing concrete masonry unit like blocks. Composed of quartz sand, calcined calcium sulfate, lime, cement, water and aluminum powder, AAC products are cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave. Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is concrete that has been manufactured to contain closed air pockets. AAC is one-fifth the weight of concrete. AAC is available as panels and blocks. AAC wall panels are typically used for cladding, but can also be loadbearing. AAC floor and roof panels are also available.
