Ceramic Core Leaching Autoclave

The CDSxxP removes ceramic cores from cast components. The castings may be turbine blades, nozzles or other LOST WAX castings of complex geometry OR pump impellers, valve bodies or other castings by Unicast method . The ceramic cores are removed from the cast components in the shortest possible time, with no risk of damage to the cast component itself.The Autoclaves are available in various standard sizes as fully automated equipment conforming to ASMEVIII. Custom sizes on request.
