Injection Molding Machine

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process that allows for parts to be produced in large volumes. It works by injecting molten materials into a mould (or 'mold' in the United States). It is typically used as a mass production process to manufacture thousands of identical items.The injection molding machine melts the plastic which is then injected into the mold. This molten plastic is then cooled and solidified to take the shape of the final product. Uses of Injection Molding: Injection molding is used to create thin-walled plastic elements for a large variety of applications.
