Gearmotor with final chain drive to the shaft. 90 degree gearmotor drive directly coupled to the shaft FLIGHT TYPES: Rolled flighting from 5 or 6mm mild steel in full pitch or 50% or 60% pitch for standard applications. Segmented flights in various thicknesses of mild steel or from hardened steel to suit more arduous applications. Variable pitch flighting for bin dischargers. Ribbon flight for handling sticky materials. Paddle flights for mixing applications. A manually adjusted fixed brush is fitted, which will give excellent belt cleaning under most conditions. For more demanding conditions Rosta suspension units can be added� giving a spring loaded brush or scraper as required. In exceptional situations, rotary brushes or proprietary scrapers may be fitted. In all cases adjustment and servicing of the cleaning device is straightforward. Provision is also made for fitting cleaning devices for the underside of the belt if this is found to be necessary.
