Flasher Testing System

This system has designed for online testing of flashers of automotives to test their versatility and accurate functioning. It is a HMI Touch screen based smart test system with menu driven software. The system tests flashers in three modes,1. BFD Mode – in which it tests one flasher at a time2. Left/Right Mode – in which it tests two flashers at a time &3. Hazard Mode – in which it tests four flashers at a timeTesting parameters:It tests voltage, amp, Ü & CPM with in a stipulated time period in seconds. User can also feed identity mark of components.
