SS Mechanical Sifter

The Vibro Sifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material is separated based on its particle size. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size.Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material.The grain feeding chamber and body which are mounted on the rubber shock absorbers by vibrating together and driven by vibro-motors convey the product into mid-section of inlet. The grain is separated uniformly on the entire surface of the screen by means of an adjustable regulating gate.
