Vibro Sifter Machine

The Vibro Sifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material is separated based on its particle size. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size.Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material.A Vibro sifter is a machine that sifts or separates different materials by using the vibratory motion. In doing so, it performs the separation and scalping functions easily and more efficiently. It is also known as Vibro sieve or safety screener. Other names include check screen and vibrating sifter.
