Gridbots SS Powder Inspection System

MICROVIEWMINUTE INSPECTION SYSTEM Gridbots Microview is minute item inspection system for item size 1 micronto 5 mm. It is fully integrated machine vision solution for inspection of itemphysical properties. The system has 12 buckets for samples. Each bucketautomatically comes under the camera for inspection. Inspection is done for various physical properties such as item dimensions,aspect ratio, color, transparency, fluorescence and contamination. It takes only2 minutes for 12 buckets analysis, automatic report generation and imagestorage. System comes with shake table, so that if there is an overlap in the item, thenthe bucket automatically shake till the overlap is removed for correct reading.
