Vitamin B2 Riboflavin

Riboflavin, also known as vitamin B₂, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. Food sources include eggs, green vegetables, milk and other dairy product, meat, mushrooms, and almonds. Some countries require its addition to grains. Sodium phosphate is a generic term for a variety of salts of sodium and phosphate. Phosphate also forms families or condensed anions including di-, tri-, tetra-, and polyphosphates. Most of these salts are known in both anhydrous and hydrated forms. The hydrates are more common than the anhydrous forms.
