Volumetric Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

The Volumetric Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is designed to fill liquid into 100-1000mL sized bottles quickly and accurately at an average production line speed of 30-40 bottles per minute, therefore producing many bottles on a daily basis. This machine uses just 1.75 kW electricity to operate. The size of the machine provides ample working space on the factory floor (dimensions: 6' x 3' x 4') and will fit into any standard production layout. This machine's simple and rugged design allows for fully automated liquid filling (although no automated Liquid Filling Controller is included). The volumetric filling process is completed using gas pressure (measured in KGF), which provides accurate volume filling for any liquid product.
