Automatic Wafer Cutting Machine

A system designed for cutting wafer blocks with cream spread on by steel knives or cutting wires. There is transparent mica on lids in order to provide safety. Initially, wafer blocks pass through the first cutting cage, and then moved to the second cutting cage. A wafer is a crisp, often sweet, very thin, flat, light and dry biscuit, often used to decorate ice cream, and also used as a garnish on some sweet dishes. Wafers can also be made into cookies with cream flavoring sandwiched between them.
