A hydraulic blade cuts the sheet once the profile is complete - the cut edge stays square plus clean. The machine accepts steel from 1.2 mm up to 2 mm thick, the range used for heavy cargo walls. It pulls the sheet at 8 m per minute and handles widths to 1250 mm. Twenty pairs of rolls form the corrugations - each station refines the shape so every panel matches the next. Because the cycle is automatic, the operator only loads the coil but also removes the stack - output stays high with little labour.
