A low-temperature chiller is also called a glycol chiller or glycol chiller system specially designed for certain industrial applications which need a lower(below zero) chilled liquid.Low Temperature Recirculating Chillers are designed to maintain process fluid temperature stability over a wide range of target coolant temperatures from -80°C to 90°C or 4°C to 200°C.Chilled water temperatures (leaving from the chiller) usually range from 1 to 7 °C (34 to 45 °F), depending upon application requirements. Commonly, chillers receive water at 12°C (entering temperature), and cool it to 7°C (leaving temperature).A chiller (cooling water circulation device) is a general term for a device that controls the temperature by circulating a liquid such as water or heat medium as a cooling liquid whose temperature was adjusted by the refrigerant cycle.
