Bidzer condenssor A water-cooled condenser is a heat-exchanger in which the refrigerant (or vapour) is condensed (i.e., turned from gas to liquid) by rejecting its heat into a water stream (rather than into ambient air). Because water has a higher heat capacity than air, these units can handle larger loads in more compact form, and are often preferred in industrial & commercial HVAC / refrigeration systems. They are commonly constructed in "shell & tube" or "tube in tube" formats.
