Demineralization Plant

A DM Water System produces mineral free Water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, Degasification, and polishing. Demineralized Water System finds wide application in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling. Raw Water is passed via two small polystyrene bead filled (ion exchange resins) beds.The plants are used for many applications, including production of rinse water, process water, boiler water, and more. The demineralization plants are two-column systems, where the water first passes through a cation exchange column and then next passes through an anion exchange column.
