The Stp Ozonator System serves sewage treatment plants - disinfecting effluent and suppressing odours. It creates ozone through Corona Discharge Technology, a process that splits oxygen molecules plus re forms them as ozone. An integral sensor warns if ozone escapes the cabinet - overload protection, automatic shut down and electrical interlocks prevent damage to the unit but also danger to staff. The hardware runs without interruption while ambient air stays between 5 °C and 45 °C. Routine care is limited to occasional wiping of surfaces and inspection of parts.
