Demineralization Water Treatment Plant

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from Water by using the ion exchange process. Demineralised Water is Water completely free ( or almost ) of dissolved minerals as a result of one of the following processes : Distillation. Deionization.Demineralization involves the use of both cation and anion resins to produce 'deionized water'. This can be achieved by a two-stage process in which the raw water is first passed through a column containing a strong cation resin (H) form, and then through a strong anion resin (Type I or II).
