Single part, non shrink, cementitious, crack sealer for plaster, masonry and concrete Uses Renderoc CS is used for sealing cracks on plaster, masonry and concrete substrates. It is easy to apply and can be fi nished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings. Properties Colour White Setting time 15 to 20 min Compressive strength 22 N/mm2 in 7 days and (ASTMC109) 24 N/mm2 in 28 days Fresh wet density 1.85 - 1.90g/cc W/p Ratio 0.36 Mix proportions by volume 1 part water : 2.5 -3 parts of powder Minimum application temperature 100C Application instructions Surface Preparation The cracks to be sealed shall be saw cut or chiselled to form a ‘V' groove of approximately of 6mm x 6mm. The grooves shall be cleaned to remove all the loose particles, dust, etc. The groove shall be sprinkled with clean water before applying the sealing mortar.
