Automatic Web Sealer

The Automatic Web Sealer exists to wrap containers with a volume of up to 2 L in shrink film. It produces results that are uniform and suitable for industrial manufacturing - this ETSPACK unit functions with a 380 V three phase power supply. It uses 18.5 kW of electricity so that it can perform sealing cycles that repeat without interruption. As it uses air pressure between 6 - 8 kg/cm² for pneumatic movements, it operates in an even manner. There is a chamber that measures 550 × 400 mm and the maximum length for sealing is 650 mm, which allows it to accommodate different shapes of packages. Although the frame occupies a small area, it provides a high amount of force. By balancing the quantity of items it processes with the amount of energy it consumes, the machine functions well for production lines that require a moderate to large output. And it maintains a quality of sealing that is the same every time. Because it functions automatically, workers do not need to move items by hand - this increases the speed of the production line. It also decreases the need to fix errors that happen when seals are not uniform. To make the installation process easy, the design is simple. It provides shrink sealing that is firm and high in quality for the packaging of drinks, chemicals and goods for consumers.
