Green Industrial Safety Belts

This Indian Standard (Third Revision) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards, after the draft finalized by the Industrial Safety Sectional Committee had been approved by the Chemical Division Council. Safety belts are required to protect persons from injury by arresting the fall in the event of the user losing his/her balance or support and failing from the place of working either at an elevation or in closed locations or containers.
